At Integrated Medical Partners (IMP), our mission and passion is to help visionary physician practices position themselves for long-term success. We achieve this by combining revenue cycle expertise with informatics-driven decision support and superior client services, equipping practices with the critical business intelligence and clinical resources required to succeed.

We understand and help you navigate the myriad of new challenges physician practices face; declining reimbursements, increased hospital, payer and patient expectations, changes in payment models and the consolidation trend represent just a few. We partner with hospital-based practices and ancillary patient treatment centers to not only manage but overcome these hurdles to ensure their sustained independence and growth in the swiftly changing healthcare landscape.

As we have worked with various hospital-based specialties and experienced firsthand their needs and desires to avoid the consolidation trend, we have crafted a unique business model for those practices and operators seeking to remain independent, yet lacking the resources to do so. As a result of our experience, we launched the IMP Collaboration Model to help practices create regional non-competing collaborations which supply them with the necessary resources, subspecialty access and economies of scale to thrive and succeed independently in the market.

IMP’s Leadership Team of healthcare professionals includes demonstrated experts in revenue cycle management, intelligent practice analytics, and physician leadership development.

Bill Pickart

Chief Executive Officer

Bill has shaped IMP’s overall strategic vision and direction as its CEO for over 17 years. He has been instrumental in developing its integrated services model, which combines revenue cycle management, advanced analytics, strategic practice consulting and managed imaging workflow.

Also, Bill has spearheaded the formation of hospital-based physician group collaborations. Bill brings decades of experience in strategic planning and development, finance, acquisitions and deal-making to his role at IMP.  Bill earned his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Marquette University. He is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and the World Presidents Organization (WPO).

Melissa Fularczyk

CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Melissa is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic and operational financial management in the healthcare industry. Prior to being IMP’s chief financial officer, Melissa served as a director of finance for IMS Health Inc., chief financial officer at Innovative Health Strategies, Inc., and vice president and chief financial officer of MJ Care, Inc. Melissa effectively pairs strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, hands-on work ethic. She earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Melissa is a certified public accountant and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Keith Chew

MHA, CMPE, FRBMA, Senior Vice President of Strategic Positioning & Consulting Services

Keith brings more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare administrator and strategic consultant to his position at IMP. He leverages his expertise in strategic planning, new venture development and operational performance improvement to position practices for continuing growth. Keith is also involved in the formation of hospital-based physician group collaborations. A former senior strategic consultant for McKesson Corporation, Keith earned his Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Illinois. He was also awarded advanced degrees in Anatomical Sciences and Physiology from the University of Illinois. Keith has served as the President and is a Fellow of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and the chairman of the Medical Group Management Association’s (MGMA) Imaging Assembly. Keith is a noted author and speaker to healthcare professional associations.

Dawn Auerbach

Senior Vice President Business Development

Dawn is responsible for relationship management services for IMP’s clients, including advising on strategic positioning. She also directs IMP’s new business development initiatives and provides consulting and advisory services to the company’s clientele. Dawn brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare product development, relationship management, contract negotiations, strategic positioning and clinical market research to her role at IMP. Her ongoing collaboration with colleagues across each of the IMP solutions enables her to provide thorough oversight of client development and new client transitions. Dawn earned her Master of Public Administration in Healthcare and Finance at New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York. Dawn is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Healthcare Billing Managers Association (HBMA) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Yvonne Cox

Senior Vice President Client Services

Yvonne is responsible for managing, mentoring and developing the IMP client service and client solutions team. She provides consultative oversight of our clients’ practice and develops company standards around revenue cycle management processes. This assures that the client service team is meeting or exceeding established goals and metrics for client success. Yvonne brings over 18 years of experience in the healthcare management industry and is an expert in medical practice administration and billing operations, as well as building strong collaborative partnerships that significantly increase a practice’s success. She is a team builder with strong P&L, revenue cycle management, and executive management experience. Yvonne attended Emory University.

Wanda Little

Executive Vice President of Applications Development

Wanda develops applications and manages development and support teams for revenue cycle management, claims adjudication, and analytics for IMP. Her understanding of HIPAA regulations and HL7 standards complements her broad-based experience in product and program management. Wanda leverages over 35 years of experience and knowledge for IMP. She formerly served as a vice president of applications development as well as a software development manager. Wanda attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Cheryl Loper-Fimreite

Vice President of Coding & Compliance

Cheryl manages and trains IMP’s team of over 20 certified coders. Additionally, Cheryl has developed and implemented the company’s Consistent Coding Practices toolset and provides physician education to assist clients in establishing consistent report formatting to increase reimbursements. A certified medical assistant with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Cheryl served nearly two decades as a business manager for a large specialty practice prior to joining IMP. Cheryl earned her CMA from Concordia University and is certified in radiology coding.

Sandy Pickart

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Sandy has extensive experience in healthcare and consumer marketing, including product and brand management, strategic marketing planning, and program implementation. She manages all marketing initiatives including the creative development related to advertising, digital marketing, collateral generation, and industry educational conference and trade show participation and coordination. Sandy earned her Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University and her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Nancy Lange

Vice President of Installation & Training

Nancy is an expert in managing new business growth for IMP’s diverse array of clients, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She recognizes clients’ software development needs and implements solutions appropriately. Nancy leverages her strong project management skills for new client onboarding as well as to liaise between medical groups’ internal IT, various hospital departments, operations, and client services, ensuring a smooth transition to new software solutions for IMP clients. Nancy is certified in Six Sigma quality improvement methodology and Kaset customer service toolset and methodology.

My practice has a great working relationship with IMP for over 15 years and I’ve been impressed with their ability to rapidly respond to and quickly resolve the occasional issues that arise when billing for us.
